All packed and ready to leave Ireland
Got there way too early and had to wait and wait
My seat number was 9007, on the ninth deck, 6 stories above the car deck.
Arrived at France at 04:30AM and set a course for Saint Malo.
In contrast to Ireland, it was a cloudless day but still chilly before the sun got up.
Stopped for lunch in Dinan.
It's a well preserved city with the old cobblestone narrow streets.
Rode to catch the 4PM ferry from Cork to Roscoff, Brittany
In the rain.
Eventually boarded at 2:30PM and the crew strapped the Virago in.
